Thought of the Day

When life gives you lemons, you should take those lemons, sell them, and buy beer.

I can't wait for the Maxine, Adam, and Elijah show to start.

'Twill also be interesting to see how a solid Dem government will do for Colorado. If you look at the voting patterns (on the SecSt website) it was pretty much in the range of 50-55% Dem to 45-50% Rep.
And if you look at the county map, the urban/mountain v. rural divide is really clear.

...interesting times, eh?

PS: I read Schlichter's "Militant Normals" recently. He's got it right, IMHO, but needs a good editor. He's repetitive (of course, some things DO bear repeating), and his points need tightening up. I'm just not sure how the Normals go about prevailing politically over the growing urban populations.

"If you look at the voting patterns (on the SecSt website) it was pretty much in the range of 50-55% Dem to 45-50% Rep." I meant to add that the Colorado population is pretty well balanced between the two parties - so neither has so much power that it can ignore the other half.
And they've got some serious funding problems to sort out.
