I Blame Trump
Here is a chart from several sources, including the EPA, UNESCO and the World Bank, regarding changes in some of the human problems we share. It's a remarkable drop.
Poverty has decreased by 75%. Pollution in the US by 61% (and that's on top of the decline from 1970 to 1990). Whenever I hear someone saying humans are ruining the world and things are getting constantly worse, I remember this chart.
I've got to admit it's getting better, a little better all the time.
