Race to the End

Muslim terrorist Dzhokhar Tsarnaev just got sentenced to death for his role in the Boston Marathon bombing just over a year ago. I'm just under 62 years old. Want to bet who dies first between us two?

Naw. Social Security calculates that you'll live roughly another 21.5 years. (I put your birth date into the calculator as 1/1/1953, so it may be a little off.)

The average time spent on death row is ~15.

I've already looked into it. :-)
Actuarialy, I've got another ~18 yrs, so I may just squeak out a "win" and watch the bastard die.

Mass.? Even though he was tried in federal court under federal law?
Is that how it works?
