Worse Than We Think
I'm pretty far into Boumediene v. Bush, the Supreme Court's decision today that the Writ of Habeas Corpus applies to non Americans outside America. It seems, so far, a stunningly dishonest, monkey wrench sort of case but I need some time to digest. Also I need to get the history of the other two cases straight. I am also concerned about the congressional limitation on court review in the laws here, which I believe, so far, the Supremes ignored. If true, that last one might be the most troubling of all.
