The name of the song is Key to the Highway. It was written by Big Bill Broonzy. (Somebody named charles Segar often gets a co-writer's credit).

Jimmy Witherspoon only covered it, as did countless others including Derek and the Dominoes on the Layla Album. I like Little Walter's version too.
