This Day in American History

On this day in 1954, The Supreme Court issues its landmark ruling in Brown v. Board of Education, holding that racially segregated schools are inherently unequal. Aren't they still?

Yes of course they are. Now I can't remember the case....

Texas vs. Martinez (1977)? Help me out here. Local property taxes funding the schools.
 
Wow, I was way off.

San Antonio vs. Rodriguez (1973).

If you following the reasoning in Brown, this decision makes no sense (at least in my opinion).
