Penalty Phase
Zacarias Moussaoui did us all a big favor and represented himself regarding criminal charges for his participation in the 9/11 attack. He pled guilty to 6 criminal charges. In a development that shouldn't surprise me but does, a jury is to decide his sentence (up to and including the death penalty, ah, that's the reason for the jury's necessity). They're picking one starting today in Virginia. Because it's Northern Virginia, I'm not betting he gets the death penalty.
