This Day in Ancient History
On this day in 82 AD, the temple of Jupiter Capitolinus burns down. Again. The Emperor Domitian will rebuild it. My question is how does a building of brick, marble and tile catch on fire?

ReplyDeleteNo idea why they should think that, must be my wee bit dominant Scottish personality!!!
I suppose at least I now have an independant witness that I am definately female!
